Uludağ Beverage is the first and only company in Turkey to produce preservative-free orange soda by producing Legendary Uludağ Gazoz Orange without preservatives as a result of its investments.

THE LEGEND ULUDAĞ GAZOZ IS ORANGE SODA, NOT FRUIT FLAVORED!
Products with 4% or more fruit juice in carbonated beverages are called fruity, while products below this ratio are considered fruit-flavored. Legendary Uludağ Gazoz Orange with 4% fruit juice is included in the orange carbonated beverage category.

THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES SUCH AS POTASSIUM SORBATE (E202), SODIUM BENZOATE (E211) IN OUR PRODUCTS!
Uludağ Beverage products do not contain preservatives such as potassium sorbate (E202) and/or sodium benzoate (E211) thanks to its preservative-free production technology and R&D studies.

As a result of cooperation with the German company Krones under the leadership of Uludağ Beverage, Uludağ Beverage pioneered the introduction of preservative-free production technology in carbonated beverages in the world.

HOW IS THE LEGENDARY ULUDAĞ SODA ORANGE PRODUCED WITHOUT PRESERVATIVE?
We pasteurize our Legendary Uludağ Gazozu Orange Pet Packaging products with a short-term pasteurization method over 90 °C, and our Legendary Uludağ Gazozu Orange Glass and Aluminum Box Packaging products with a long-term pasteurization method above 70 °C, without preservatives.

WE EXTENDED OUR PRODUCT SHELF LIFE THROUGH THE WORK OF OUR ULUDAĞ BEVERAGE R&D TEAM WITH UNPROTECTIVE PRODUCTION!
Contrary to popular belief, Uludağ Beverage's preservative-free production technology has the feature of increasing the shelf life, not shortening it. As a result of the R&D studies carried out with the positive effects of preservative-free production technology, the current shelf life of some products has been increased by 1-3 months, and for other products that do not contain preservatives, efforts to increase the shelf life continue.

Uludağ Beverage uses 100% beet sugar in all of its products and does not use starch-based sugar (NBŞ), glucose and fructose syrup.
